Cathy Iconis

Founder & CEO

Cathy founded Iconis Group in 2009 with the goal of helping businesses by utilizing modern business tools and technology.

She focused solely on cloud technologies, notably QuickBooks Online. She acquired her entire new customer base using Twitter as her marketing platform, spreading her knowledge and gaining followers. She quickly became an expert user of QBO, even helping Intuit with their QBO training materials.

Cathy was recognized as one of CPA Practice Advisor’s 40 Under 40 Honorees for 9 years! In 2015, Iconis Group was selected as a winner in Intuit’s “Firm of the Future” series. Cathy has presented at multiple QuickBooks Connect conferences for Intuit and also participated in speaker panels many times.

Mike Iconis

Director of Client Solutions

Mike is a proven, results-driven IT leader with over 20 years of experience, including 10+ years leading high-performing Enterprise support teams of 30+. He has worked in environments with very limited resources and constantly shifting objectives, from startups to publicly traded corporations.

With extensive hands-on and project management experience along with his ability to switch between technical and non-technical conversations with stakeholders, Mike can help your business drive transformative change by leveraging technologies and workflow efficiencies. He also oversaw day-to-day operations and marketing responsibilities in his prior roles at companies from $5-55M in annual revenue.
