Basic Monthly Bookkeeping
Our basic bookkeeping packages start at $545. At the minimum, we like to look at your account regularly by entering your bank feed transactions weekly and communicating any question or concerns as they come up. We also complete a thorough month-end close process, which is reviewed by a second staff person, including:
- Reconciling your bank accounts
- Checking your balance sheet accounts
- Reviewing your open invoices and bills
- Reviewing your revenue and expense classifications, and
- Providing any customized reporting you need to run your business better.
Additional Monthly Bookkeeping Services
Since we customize our services to each client, we are always coming up with new and better workflows. A few examples of additional services we provide are:
- Weekly bill pay using Bill.com
- Job costing
- Overhead allocation to different jobs or business segments
- Prepare payroll using the client’s 3rd party system
- Ensure proper payroll recording into QBO
- Report 401k withholdings from payroll to the 401k provider
- Entering revenue detail from 3rd party systems (Freshbooks, Shopify, etc)
- Commission calculations
- Sales tax return preparation
